We have a client of ours who are running SRM 5.8 with vSphere Replication (No san based replication)
Test failovers will not work in this test scenatio
They would like to do a planned failover to the recovery site and do some tests on the recovered VM's after which they would like to do a failback to what was the protected site
Simple question really when we do a failback is there an advanced config option in SRM that says we do not want to synch back any changes made to the VM's we had failed over.
So in this scenario we can take advantage of the SRM workflows do a planned failover and then when we do a failback we do not want to replicate any changes back to what was our old protected site
Hope that helps
Thanks in advance
