VMWare SRM 5.1 and EMC RecoverPoint 4.0

Hello ,

I am trying to use SRM with Recover point SRA. i would like to failover my vApp from one the protected site to the recovery site.

i was able to successfully configure , test and clean up the recovery plan.

However i am facing an issue in the following step while the recovery plan is being executed . it fails to promote replica devices.

  Change Recovery Site Storage to Writeable	Error - Failed to promote replica devices. Timed out (300 seconds) while waiting for SRA to complete 'failover' command.	2014-05-15 16:01:22 (UTC 0)	2014-05-15 16:06:23 (UTC 0)

  i also changed the timeout value to 1800 to give more time but it is still failing. it is not able to cross this step.

  Any ideas ? Please advise. Anything , will be very useful.
