Role Based access on SRM

Hi,

I need help on for Role base access on SRM. In my production environment,we don't want all users to access SRM. As per project requirement we want only those users should able to access SR, who are aware of SRM knowledge.Currently all users are part of VMware Admin group.Please let me know how to restrict access for particular users.
