How To Do DR with Fault Tolerance

I have a mission critical application that I set up Fault Tolerance to protect against downtime. As close to zero downtime is very important to us.

I also need to create a DR solution. I need to have the ability to bring up the VMs in a remote location if there is an unplanned outage in our production datacenter. The remote location is on a different subnet. That cannot be changed.

We use Vmware's Site Recover Manager for other DR applications. When I tried SRM for the FT Protected VM's I learned this was not possible.

Any suggestions?
