SRM tuning: VM with many volumes

Hi guys.

   I have an Active/DR scenario, with Vmware 5.1, SRM 5.1.2 and Compellent Storage. I have a Virtual Machine protected with 8 attached luns: 8 datastore, each datastore is a different lun.

   So, when i recovery a ordinary Virtual Machine (with one o two attached luns) every works fine, but when i try to recovery a special Virtual Machine (8 attached luns) I get the following error:

Change Recovery Site Storage to Writeable   Error - Failed to promote replica devices. Timed out (600 seconds) while waiting for SRA to complete 'failover' command.

I changed timeout parameter from 300 to 2400 (40 minutes) and nothing...    

      SRA support (Compellent) still reading logs.

   Do you have a Virtual Machine protected with many attached luns? Any ideas?  Can you share you SRM parameters?
